This policy explains how I handle your personal data when you visit this website or contact me, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Irina K Coaching is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KVK NUMBER]. I am the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach me at [YOUR EMAIL].
Contact form: your name, your email address and anything you choose to write in your message.
Website visits: this website is hosted by Google. Google may automatically process technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
I use the details you send me only to reply to your message and, if you wish, to arrange an initial conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). I do not sell your data, and I do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
The website and the contact form run on Google Sites and Google Forms, provided by Google. Your data may be stored on Google servers, including outside the European Economic Area. Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy. I do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
I keep your message for as long as needed to respond to you. If we start working together, I keep your contact details for the duration of our cooperation. If we do not, I delete your message within [12 months]. Invoices and other financial records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email me at [YOUR EMAIL]. I will respond within one month.
If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
I do not place any cookies myself. Google, which hosts this website and the contact form, may use cookies that are necessary for the site to work and to keep it secure.
Anything you share during coaching sessions is confidential. How I handle that information is described in the coaching agreement we sign before we start.
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
